Send a mess.
Get a ledger.
Invoices, photographed receipts, bank statements, contracts — printed, handwritten, Arabic, English, or both in the same pile. I read all of it and return one clean spreadsheet, the deadlines, and the three things that actually need doing.
First batch free — up to 10 files, no card, no subscription. If the spreadsheet isn't usable, you pay nothing.

What actually lands in your inbox.
One sheet, one summary, one flagged list. Below is a real output shape with illustrative contents — six files in, one ledger out.

→ delivered as .xlsx and a Google Sheet, plus a plain-text summary you can paste straight into an email to your accountant.
From pile to ledger in four moves.
No dashboard, no login, no onboarding call. You send files and answer maybe one question.
Send
Email, or drop them into a shared folder. Photos of paper, WhatsApp exports, phone snapshots of a screen — all fine. Messy filenames welcome.
I read every line
Dates, parties, line items, amounts, currencies, tax, payment terms. Arabic and English in the same batch, Arabic-Indic numerals normalised so your formulas work.
You get one ledger
A single sheet with consistent columns, one row per document, the original filename in the last column so you can always trace a number back to its page.
Flags, not silence
Duplicates, missing dates, totals that don't add up, sums split across two pages, anything reading like a deadline — marked in red in the sheet and repeated in the summary.
What this is not.
Worth reading before you send anything. It is the part most service pages skip.
- Not an accountant or a lawyer.I structure what your documents say. I don't tell you what they mean legally, or file anything for you.
- Not software you have to learn. No account, no app, no seat licences, no integration project. It's a person, a spreadsheet and a deadline.
- Not a subscription by default. One batch, one payment. The monthly desk is optional and you cancel it from any invoice.
- Not an archive.Files are read once, delivered, and deleted 30 days later — earlier if you ask. No training corpus, no resale, ever.
Three ways to try it.
Priced per batch, not per hour, so a bad scan costs you nothing extra. EGP pricing available on request.

Short answers, no small print.
How are private documents handled?
Read once on a machine that isn't syncing to any cloud, delivered, then deleted 30 days later — or the moment you say so. I'll sign your NDA before the first batch. Files are never used to train anything and never shown to anyone else.
What about Arabic-Indic numerals and mixed-language pages?
Numbers are normalised to Western digits so formulas and sorting work, with the original exactly as printed kept in a hidden column next to it. A page that switches language mid-paragraph is normal, not a problem.
What if the handwriting is genuinely unreadable?
That cell comes back marked unread with the file and page position noted, instead of a plausible guess. You decide whether it's worth chasing. I would rather hand you three blanks than one confident error.
How do I pay, and how fast can I start?
Send the test batch first — no payment details needed. After that, bank transfer, InstaPay inside Egypt, or Wise from abroad, invoiced per batch. EGP or USD, whichever is easier for your books.
Do you handle ongoing monthly paperwork?
That's the desk plan. The same ledger keeps growing month to month, so you end the quarter with one continuous file instead of twelve attachments and a headache.
Send one messy document today. Keep the ledger.
Reply with a folder, a ZIP, or five phone photos. You'll have the sheet back within two business days — and you'll know exactly whether this desk is worth $29 to you.
